§ 58‑55‑50. Rulesfor compliance with federal law and regulations.
The Commissioner may adopttemporary rules necessary to conform long‑term care policies andcertificates to the requirements of federal law and regulations, including anychanges required by Congress or the U.S. Department of Health and HumanServices, or any successor agencies. (2001‑334, s. 11.2.)
