§58‑63‑5. Definitions.
When used in this Article:
(1) Repealed by SessionLaws 1991, c. 720, s. 6.
(2) "Person"means any individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocalexchange, interinsurer, Lloyds insurer, fraternal benefit society, and anyother legal entity engaged in the business of insurance under this Chapter; andincludes agents, brokers, limited representatives, and adjusters.
