§58‑65‑30. Dentists' services.
Any corporation organizedunder the provisions of this Article and Article 66 of this Chapter may, inaddition to its authority to contract under G.S. 58‑65‑25, enterinto contracts to pay duly licensed dentists for treatment of fractures anddislocations of the jaw, and cutting procedures in the oral cavity other thanextractions, repairs and care of the teeth and gums.
