§58‑66‑35. Application to policies; dates.
(a) The filingrequirements of G.S. 58‑66‑30 apply to all subscribers' contractsof hospital, medical, and dental service corporations as described in G.S. 58‑65‑60(a)and (b) that are made, issued, amended or renewed after July 1, 1983.
