§58‑67‑45. Fiduciary responsibilities.
Any director, officer orpartner of a health maintenance organization who receives, collects, disburses,or invests funds in connection with the activities of such organization shallbe responsible for such funds in a fiduciary relationship to the enrollees. (1977,c. 580, s. 1; 1979, c. 876, s. 1.)
