§58‑69‑5. License required.
No motor club, district orbranch office of a motor club, or franchise motor club shall engage in businessin this State unless it holds a valid license issued to it by the Commissioneras provided in this Article. The license shall at all times be prominentlydisplayed in each office of the entity to which the license is issued. (1963,c. 698; 1991, c. 644, s. 15.)
