§58‑7‑198. Assets of foreign or alien insurers.
The Commissioner may refuse anew or renewal license to any foreign or alien insurer upon finding that itsassets do not comply in substance with the investment requirements andlimitations imposed by this Chapter upon like domestic insurers wheneverauthorized to do the same kinds of insurance business.
