§58‑71‑110.  Bonds not to be signed in blank; authority tocountersign only given to licensed employee.

A bail bondsman shall not signnor countersign in blank bail bonds, nor shall he give a power of attorney to,or otherwise authorize, anyone to countersign his name to bonds unless theperson so authorized is a licensed bondsman or runner directly employed by thebondsman giving such power of attorney. Copies of all such powers of attorneyand revocations of such powers of attorney must be filed immediately with theCommissioner and the clerk of superior court of any county in the State wheresaid bondsman giving the power of attorney is currently writing or is obligatedon bail bonds.
