§58‑71‑175. Limit on principal amount of bond to be written byprofessional bondsman.
No professional bondsman shallbecome liable on any bond or multiple of bonds for any one individual thattotals more than one‑fourth of the value of the securities deposited withthe Commissioner at that time, until final termination of liability on suchbond or multiple of bonds.
