§58‑71‑190. Duplication of regulation forbidden.
No county, city or town inthis State shall license or levy a license tax on bail bondsmen nor requiresuch bondsmen to deposit collateral security as a condition for continuing towrite bail bonds. (1975, c. 619, s. 1.)
