§58‑71‑82. Dual license holding.
If an individual holds aprofessional bondsman's license or a runner's license and a surety bondsman'slicense simultaneously, they are considered one license for the purpose ofdisciplinary actions involving suspension, revocation, or nonrenewal under thisArticle.
