§58‑72‑10. Condition and terms of official bonds.
Every treasurer, sheriff,coroner, register of deeds, surveyor, and every other officer of the severalcounties who is required by law to give a bond for the faithful performance ofthe duties of his office, shall give a bond for the term of the office to whichsuch officer is chosen.
