§58‑79‑25. Deputy investigators.
It shall be the duty of theAttorney General to appoint two or more persons as deputies, whose particularduty it shall be to investigate forest fires and endeavor to ascertain thepersons guilty of setting such fires and cause prosecution to be institutedagainst those who, as a result of such investigation, are deemed guilty.
