§58‑80‑15. Acceptance by municipalities.
Any municipality having anorganized fire department and desiring to participate in the establishment ofthe State Volunteer Fire Department, may do so by a resolution of the governingbody accepting and endorsing the provisions of this Article: Provided, thatacceptance shall not be compulsory.
