§58‑80‑20. Withdrawal.
Any municipality which hasaccepted the provisions of this Article may withdraw its fire departments frommembership in the State Volunteer Fire Department by resolution of thegoverning body thereof. Notice of such withdrawal shall be given to the StateFire Marshal and withdrawal shall not become effective until 60 days after hisreceipt thereof. (1939, c. 364, s. 5.)
