§ 58‑89A‑125. Posting requirements.
(a) Each licensee shallpost the license issued under this Article in a conspicuous place in thelicensee's principal place of business in this State.
(b) Each licensee shalldisplay, in a place that is in clear and unobstructed public view, a noticestating that the business operated at the location is licensed and regulated bythe Commissioner and that any questions or complaints may be directed to theCommissioner. (2004‑162,s. 1.)
