§ 58‑89A‑150. Agent for service of process.
Each resident licensee shallmaintain a registered agent for the service of process in this State. TheCommissioner shall be each nonresident licensee's agent for service of processas provided in Article 16 of this Chapter. (2004‑162, s. 1.)
