§ 58‑92‑45. Dispositionof penalties.
The clear proceeds of civilpenalties and forfeitures provided for in this Article shall be remitted to theCivil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S. 115C‑457.2. (2007‑451, s. 1.)
