§59‑1003. Pleading.
In a derivative action, thecomplaint shall set forth with particularity the effort of the plaintiff tosecure initiation of the action by a general partner or the reasons for notmaking the effort. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 989, s. 2.)
