§ 59B‑4. Title toproperty; choice of law.
Real and personal property inthis State may be acquired, held, encumbered, and transferred by a nonprofitassociation, whether or not the nonprofit association or a member has any otherrelationship to this State. (2006‑226, s. 1.)
