§6‑25. Party seeking recovery on usurious contracts; no costs.
No costs shall be recovered byany party, whether plaintiff or defendant, who may endeavor to recover upon anyusurious contract. (1895, c. 69; Rev., s. 1271; C.S., s. 1248.)
