§6‑30. Costs against infant plaintiff; guardian responsible.
When costs are adjudgedagainst an infant plaintiff, the guardian by whom he appeared in the actionshall be responsible therefor. (Code, s. 534; Rev., s. 1276;C.S., s. 1253.)
