§ 62‑107. Rules.
Pursuant to G.S. 62‑31, the Commission may adopt rules to carryout the purposes of this Article. In addition, the Commission shall adoptrules requiring public utilities to file periodic reports stating their short‑termand long‑term plans for construction of transmission lines in this State.(1991, c. 189, s. 1.)
