§ 62‑191. Flumecompanies exercising right of eminent domain become common carriers.
All flume companies availing themselves of the right of eminent domainunder the provisions of the Chapter Eminent Domain shall become common carriersof freight, for the purpose for which they are adapted, and shall be under thedirection, control and supervision of the Commission in the same manner and forthe same purposes as is by law provided for other common carriers of freight.
