§ 62‑210. Discrimination between connecting lines.

All common carriers subject to the provisions of this Chapter shallafford all reasonable, proper and equal facilities for the interchange oftraffic between their respective lines and for the forwarding and delivering ofpassengers and freight to and from their several lines and those connectingtherewith, and shall not discriminate in their rates, routes and chargesagainst such connecting lines, and shall be required to make as closeconnection as practicable for the convenience of the traveling public. Commoncarriers shall obey all rules and regulations made by the Commission relatingto trackage. Irregular route motor carriers shall interchange traffic only withthe approval of the Commission. Provided, however, that this section shall notapply to motor carriers of passengers.
