§ 62‑61. Witnesses; production of papers; contempt.
The Commission shall have the same power to compel the attendance ofwitnesses, require the examination of persons and parties, and compel theproduction of books and papers, and punish for contempt, as by law is conferredupon the superior courts. (1949, c. 989, s. 1; 1963, c. 1165, s. 1.)
