§63‑15. Collision of aircraft.
The liability of the owners ofone aircraft to the owner of another aircraft, or to aeronauts or passengers oneither aircraft, for damages caused by collision on land or in the air shall bedetermined by the rules of law applicable to torts on land. (1929,c. 190, s. 6.)
