§63‑57. Powers specifically granted to counties.
(a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The purposes ofthis Article are specifically declared to be county purposes as well asgenerally public, governmental and municipal.
(b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The powers hereingranted to all municipalities are specifically declared to be granted tocounties in this State, any other statute to the contrary notwithstanding. (1945,c. 490, s. 10.)
