§63A‑17. Status of bonds and notes under Uniform Commercial Code.
All bonds and notes andinterest coupons, if any, issued under this Chapter are made investmentsecurities within the meaning of and for all the purposes of Article 8 of theUniform Commercial Code, as enacted in Chapter 25 of the General Statutes. (1991,c. 749, s. 1.)
