§64‑5. Burden of proof.
The burden of proof in anyaction or proceeding to disqualify a nonresident alien from taking personalproperty located within this State by succession or testamentary disposition byreason of the provisions of G.S. 64‑3, shall be upon the person assertingthe disqualification.
