§65‑56. Existing companies; effect of Article.
Existing cemetery companies atthe time of the adoption of this Chapter shall continue in full force andeffect and be granted a license but shall hereafter be operated in accordancewith the provisions of Article 9 of this Chapter. (1975, c. 768, s. 1.)
