§66‑205. Agent licenses required.
No employee or otherrepresentative of a rental car company shall solicit or sell any kind ofinsurance in connection with a rental agreement unless he is duly licensedunder Article 33 of Chapter 58 of the General Statutes. (1989,c. 631, s. 2, c. 770, s. 62.)
