This Article does not affectthe authority of a county or city to impose additional requirements onpeddlers, itinerant merchants, specialty market vendors, or specialty marketoperators by an ordinance adopted under G.S. 153A‑125 or G.S. 160A‑178.(1996, 2nd Ex. Sess., c. 14, s. 24.)
