§74‑31. Disposition of waste.
In getting out and washing theproducts of kaolin and mica mines, the persons engaged in such business shallhave the right to allow the waste, water, and sediment to run off into thenatural courses and streams. (1917, c. 123; C.S., s. 6926;1937, c. 378.)
