§74‑77. Permit requirement.
No person shall engage inexploration activity for the discovery of uranium without having first obtainedfrom the Department an exploration permit which covers the affected land andwhich has not terminated, been revoked, or otherwise become invalid. (1983,c. 279, s. 1.)
