§74‑82. Suspension, revocation or modification of permit.
The Department may revoke,suspend or modify a permit for violations of this Article, any rulespromulgated under it, or other terms or conditions of the permit. Thisauthority is subject to the "Special Provisions on Licensing" of G.S.150B‑3. (1983, c. 279, s. 1; 1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1004,s. 54.)
