§76A‑3. Term.
It shall be the duty of theGovernor to make initial appointments to the Commission on July 1, 1981. Two ofthe initial appointees shall serve two‑year terms; the other twoappointees shall serve four‑year terms. All appointees after the initialappointments shall serve four‑year terms. Any vacancy in the membershipappointed by the Governor shall be filled by the Governor. (1981,c. 910, s. 1.)
