§ 78C‑103. ElectronicSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
The provisions of this Articlegoverning the legal effect, validity, or enforceability of electronic recordsor signatures, and of contracts formed or performed with the use of those recordsor signatures, conform to the requirements of section 102 of the ElectronicSignatures in Global and National Commerce Act, Pub. L. 106‑229, 114Stat. 464 (2000), and supersede, modify, and limit the Electronic Signatures inGlobal and National Commerce Act. (2003‑375, s. 2.)
