§ 7A‑317.1. Disposition of fees in counties with unincorporated seats of court.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, if a municipalitylisted in G.S. 7A‑133 as an additional seat of district court is notincorporated, the arrest, facilities, and jail fees which would ordinarilyaccrue thereto, shall instead accrue to the county in which the unincorporatedmunicipality is located.
