§ 7B‑3703. Violation ofArticle a misdemeanor.
Every person acting forhimself or for an agency who violates any of the provisions of this Article orwho shall intentionally make any false statements to the Social ServicesCommission or the Secretary or an employee thereof acting for the Department ofHealth and Human Services in an official capacity in the placing or adoption ofjuvenile delinquents or dependents shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty ofa Class 2 misdemeanor.
