§ 7B‑3906. CompactAdministrator.
The Secretary of theDepartment of Health and Human Services may appoint a Compact Administrator whoshall be the general coordinator of activities under this Compact in this Stateand who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, maypromulgate rules to carry out more effectively the terms and provisions of thisCompact.
