§ 7B‑408. Copy ofpetition and notices to guardian ad litem.
Immediately after a petitionhas been filed alleging that a juvenile is abused or neglected, the clerk shallprovide a copy of the petition and any notices of hearings to the localguardian ad litem office. (2003‑140, s. 6)
