§8‑23. Local: copies of records from Tyrrell.
Copies of records of theCounty of Tyrrell between the years one thousand seven hundred and thirty‑fiveand one thousand seven hundred and ninety‑nine, when copied in a book andcertified to by the clerk of the Superior Court of Tyrrell County as to therecords of his office and by the register of deeds as to the records of hisoffice, and deposited in their respective offices in Washington County, shallbe treated in all respects as original records and received as evidence in allcourts of Washington County.
