§81A‑30. Injunction.
The Commissioner or hisauthorized agent is authorized to apply to any court of competent jurisdictionfor a temporary restraining order or a preliminary or permanent injunctionrestraining any person from violating any provision of this Chapter. (1975,c. 544.)
