§81A‑88. Repeal of conflicting laws.
All laws and parts of lawscontrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter are repealedexcept as to offenses committed, liabilities incurred, and claims madethereunder prior to July 1, 1976. (1975, c. 544.)
