§86A‑10. Issuance of certificates of registration.
Whenever the provisions ofthis Chapter have been complied with, the Board shall issue, or have issued, acertificate of registration as a registered barber or as a registeredapprentice, as the case may be. (1929, c. 119, s. 11; 1979,c. 695, s. 1; 1981, c. 457, s. 5.)
