§86A‑19. Refusal, revocation or suspension of certificates or permits.
The Board may neither refuseto issue nor refuse to renew, or suspend or revoke any certificate ofregistration, barbershop permit, or barber school permit, for any of thesecauses except in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes.
