§86A‑7. Salary and expenses; employees; audits; annual reports to theGovernor.
(a) Each member of theBoard of Barber Examiners shall be reimbursed for his actual expenses and shallreceive compensation and travel allowance according to G.S. 93B‑5 for thedistance traveled in performance of his duties. The expenses, compensation andall other salaries and expenses in connection with the administration of thisChapter, shall be paid upon warrant drawn on the State Treasurer, solely fromthe funds derived from fees collected and received under this Chapter.
(b) The Board shallemploy such agents, assistants and attorneys as it deems necessary.
(c) Repealed by SessionLaws 1981, c. 884, s. 6.

(e) The Board shallreport annually to the Governor, a full statement of its receipts andexpenditures, and also a full statement of its work during the year, togetherwith such recommendations as it may deem expedient.
