§89C‑18. Duplicate certificates.
The Board may issue aduplicate certificate of licensure or certificate of authorization to replaceany certificate that has been lost, destroyed, or mutilated and may charge afee of up to twenty‑five dollars ($25.00) for issuing the certificate.
