§89D‑9. Persons in practice prior to July 1, 1976.
Before July 1, 1976, anyperson, partnership, corporation or other legal entity submitting anapplication, application fee and evidence satisfactory to the Board that he hasactively engaged in the practice of landscape contracting for one year prior toJuly 1, 1976, shall be issued a certificate of title without the requirement ofexamination.
